SESSION FORMAT

What will I receive?

Dr. Young is offering educational sessions (up to 60 minutes in length) via telephone or video-conferencing, focusing on elderly medication management tailored for elderly individuals and their caregivers. During these sessions, he will provide personalized medication information that includes specific and detailed insights about each medication the individual is taking, covering aspects such as:  


1) the general indications for use  

2) how each medication works  

3) the importance of timing with regard to meals or bedtime  

4) common side effects associated with each medication  


Additionally, he will review the client’s list of medication allergies and adverse reactions, incorporating this critical information into the finalized list. After the session, the client will receive a copy of the custom medication list along with medication education sheets for each medication discussed.

COST

 The cost of a 45 to 60 minute session including the personalized medication list and medication safety information sheets is $65.00​​

A nonrefundable deposit of $20.00 will be charged at the time of appointment scheduling to guarantee the appointment time slot. The remaining charge of $45.00 will be paid at the end of the session. Since the traditional physician-patient relationship is not established, claims for this service cannot and will not be submitted to insurers.
